The Inline Racing Club of New England (IRC) is a non profit organization that was founded in 1995 for the sole purpose of providing free quality inline skating programs to children and adults throughout New England, regardless of age, financial burdens or athletic ability. Many skaters, young and old, have benefited substantially from the expertise and dedication of this organization's extraordinary
volunteer staff.
