Community Development Division: Staff will manage the State and consulting contracts, facilitate mailings and contacts,  provide administrative support, provide technical assistance and recommendations, and serve as the liaison between contracted positions, North Andover Departments and the NARTC.

Engineer VHB: Provide services within the context of the contract. Provide technical assistance to Community Development staff as necessary.

MVPC: Review documents of the engineering firm to determine compliance with the contract, provide technical assistance in accessing resources to existing information, provide technical assistance in the form of ArcView capabilities. Attend public workshops and meetings as necessary to provide guidance to the NARTC and public.

North Andover Department Heads: Provide information, resources and issues  through the Community Development staff. Establish departmental opportunities, constraints and impacts on the Town's operations and budgets.

Jim Xenakis, Board of Selectmen Representative: As a members of the Board Mr. Xenakis will provide regular updates to the Board.  He will act to monitor the project and communicate the concerns of the residents to the NARTC.  He will provide policy direction to the NARTC and assist the Board of Selectmen in making a determination of support for the project.

Neighborhood Representatives (NR): 
This group will be a self selected organization of representatives.  These representatives will work with the NARTC in workshop formats and disseminate information back to their respective neighborhoods.  The NARTC will provide the NR with regular updates to bring back to their neighborhoods to hold regular meetings with concerned homeowners.  The NR will bring back to the NARTC advice and comments from their neighborhood meetings.  The NARTC will contact the  Neighborhood Representatives directly for upcoming meetings.   The representatives will be selected by sending a mailer to prior participants in the process and asking them to attend a kickoff
