Amateur-sports.com will sponsor your next major sporting competition, awards banquet, state or regional championships or other sports related event by donating a full page on this popular web site to announce your event. For just listing us as a sponsor on your announcement flyers and/or participant application, your special event will have it's very own URL. Just provide us with all the information you want us to list and we will design and publish a single page just for your event.

Here is how to do it:

Just fill out and submit the "Sponsorship Form" (available below) or mail, call or e-mail us with the exact information at least 6 weeks BEFORE the event. We will send you our camera ready logo (e-mail, regular mail or you may download the one below) to place on your announcement flyers, applications, newspaper clipping or other forms of announcement. Just send us one of the finished announcements, and we'll do the rest. You must, however, give us 2 weeks to post it. We will even place a link on the announcement directly to your e-mail or web site if you have one and remove the announcement after the event. All for free. Just think,

Some of the rules for this offer are:

Your organization MUST already have a listing on our web page. (available below)
You must provide us with the information at least 6 weeks before the event.
You must send us a final printed flyer, newspaper clipping and/or application with our logo printed on it.
You must provide us with a person's name and phone number for verification.
Any logos, backgrounds or clip art MUST be on a floppy disk in JPG or GIF format.
Your event MUST be a not for profit event or fund raiser for a not for profit sports program. (Commercial event announcements will be assessed a small fee).
amateur-sports.com is NOT responsible for errors which may occur during posting.
You MUST notify amateur-sports.com (as soon as possible) if you notice any errors after posting.
No personal phone numbers will be posted without written permission from the person involved.
